This page is meant to contain sample practice and warmup plans you can do with your team and modify as you see fit. I have chosen PDF as the file format so that every computer type can read it. A PDF reader from Adobe can be found here if you do not already have it.
For Games and Practice, warmup is very important to avoid injuries. Please see this page for Stretching exercises.
