How do you deal with Parents and their Children?

The most important thing is for the kids to have fun.  Especially when they first start out, so encourage them and don’t push them too hard and never ever make them practice or play a game if they don’t want to.    This will associate soccer with something bad and they will stop attending eventually.

Applaud them for even the smallest things and they will feel like champions.
